This is a short term resource made available to my students while I am gone. Given the role of memory in learning, this could be an incredible opportunity. Any student who completes the videos that I put up here while I am gone will get an ice cream/ sorbet party.
Some of the videos are new. Some are recycled. All are imperfect. But the imperfections do not undermine the orthographic mapping that is reinforced. This is for all ages, although the vocabulary skews 4th+.
Struggling readers need multiple exposures, with attention to letter(s) and their connection to every sound, to remember words.
